We repair your item whenever possible. If we can’t repair it, we’ll replace it — free.
Turnaround times vary by item and repair needs. We’ll keep you updated.
Coverage (clear & simple)
- Covered: seams, zippers, hardware, fabric defects, unexpected rips/tears from normal use.
- Not covered: lost or stolen items, heat or chemical damage, deliberate misuse, discoloration from normal aging.
