Do you advocate and support mental health?

Absolutely. ZCHT. was built on kindness. We regularly highlight and donate to trusted mental-health charities — including Mind, 113 Suicide Prevention, Samaritans, and Stiftung Deutsche Depressionshilfe. Our goal is to keep the conversation gentle, open, and welcoming for everyone. How heavy are your fabrics?

Most of our pieces use heavy fabric — around 500 gsm per item — for a calm, grounded drape that feels like a hug. When an item is lighter, we’ll state this clearly in the product description. Either way, softness + structure is our standard.

Where did ZCHT. begin?

We started in Amsterdam at a time when life was tough — sleeping in a car with nothing but a blanket and a hoodie. On those nights, what we needed most was a simple hug to feel human again. We promised that if we made it through, we’d build clothing that gives people that same feeling of warmth and dignity. ZCHT. is our answer to that promise.

Are your hoodies true to size?

Yes — our fits are designed to be true to size with an oversized relaxed, clean silhouette. Want an even roomier, cocoon feel? Go one size up. Prefer closer to body? Go one size smaller. When will my order ship? Do you offer tracking?

Orders placed before 22:59 are typically shipped the same day (Mon–Fri). You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our facility. Delivery times depend on your location at checkout. If anything changes, we’ll keep you updated proactively.

What’s your return policy and customer service hours?
